The problem
These Are Not Unusual Problems, and They Are Not Permanent
Back pain. Spondylitis. Shoulder stiffness that is just there. Thyroid. PMOS (formerly PCOS/PCOD). Diabetes management. Blood pressure. Insomnia. Posture problems. Breathing difficulties. Stress and anxiety.
These are lifestyle diseases, conditions shaped by modern life. Therapeutic yoga works on the root cause, not just the symptom. It does not require you to be fit, flexible, or experienced.
On terminology: PCOS and PCOD were officially renamed PMOS, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome in May 2026, following a global consensus process published in The Lancet. We use both names on this site so you can find us either way.

The practice
What the Classes Focus On
Back Pain and Spondylitis
Targeted postures to decompress the spine and address root causes of cervical and lumbar conditions, structural correction, not just temporary relief.
Shoulder Stiffness and Neck Pain
Movement sequences to release chronic tension. Most people see significant improvement within three to four weeks of consistent practice.
Thyroid and PMOS (formerly PCOS/PCOD)
Structured sequences that support hormonal balance and thyroid function. A powerful complement to medical treatment.
Insomnia and Sleep
Yoga and pranayama specifically targeting the nervous system to restore healthy sleep patterns. One of the most consistently reported results.
Posture Correction
Identifying and correcting postural imbalances caused by prolonged sitting, device use, and sedentary work.
Breathing Difficulties, Asthma, Wheezing
Pranayama and breathing exercises that strengthen the respiratory system and reduce the frequency and intensity of breathing episodes.
Stress, Anxiety, and Mental Wellbeing
Breathing and movement that directly calm the nervous system, not just relaxation, but physiological intervention.
Diabetes and Blood Pressure
Managing blood sugar and supporting blood pressure regulation through structured movement and pranayama, alongside your medical treatment.
